How do I know the products you sell are authentic?
Rest assured, we are an authorised stockist for every single designer that we carry, and get our items straight from the source! We guarantee every item sold in store and our e-boutique to be 100% authentic.
What size should I order?
It can be a little tricky to know the right size to order since each designer uses different cuts and fits. Look at the individual products where we advise on the fit specific to each style to help you determine the right size to order! If you are unsure, please refer to my sizing guide or contact us for some advice.
What should I do if something is wrong with my order?
If something is wrong with your order, we apologize! Please email us (contact@treasurette.com.au) or give us a ring at +61 (0)3 9917 2749 during our store opening hours and we will sort it out for you straight away.
What if an item I want is out of stock?
If you come across any pieces on the site that is sold out in your size, please email us at contact@treasurette.com.au and we will let you know if we plan to re-stock or possibly even organise a special order for you.
Do you offer lay-by?
Yes we do! Please ring us at +61 (0)3 9917 2749 to discuss lay-by options before making your purchase online.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can make your purchase via PayPal – they accept a range of credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more.
What are the delivery charges?
There is a flat shipping rate of $15 ordered for Australian domestic registered orders and $25 for international registered post. We offer free domestic registered postage on all orders above $600 and all international orders above $800. Should you require overnight express shipping, please contact us at contact@treasurette.com.au or call us on +61 (03) 9917 2749 with your requests prior to placing your order online and we will organize it for you.
Where is my order?
Once your order is dispatched from our store, we will email you with a tracking number for your easy tracking purposes. Should there be any issues with your order, you will be contacted within 2 business days.
Please note that the all delivery date and time specified by us is an estimate only. Treasurette is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability. Delivery timeframe guidelines are as follows:
Domestic Orders
All orders placed before 11.00am (EST) will be dispatched on the day. Please allow 1 – 2 business days depending on your location without Australia.
If your order is placed over the weekend, it will be dispatched first thing on Monday.
If your order is placed on a Victorian Public Holiday, it will not be processed and shipped until the following business day.
Your order will be sent via registered post and will require a signature upon delivery by Australia Post. To guarantee a smooth delivery, we recommend that your order be sent to an address where there will be someone available to receive it between 9am to 5pm. If there is none at your specified delivery address when the delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave a card directing you to your local post office for collection.
International Orders
International orders will have an approximate delivery timeframe of 3-5 business days, depending upon your location.
Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?
From international orders, Treasurette does not take responsibility for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where your purchase is delivered to. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed lies with the customer. Do get in touch with your local customs offices if you require more information regarding taxes and duties.
How can I return an item?
Please email us at contact@treasurette.com.au to let us know what is wrong with your item and we will get back to you with a Return Number. Once you have received this, please post the item via registered mail back to us and email us the tracking number. We will process the return or exchange once the item is received. Please note that Treasurette is not responsible for any items lost in the mail.
Only unworn items that are in their original packaging with all labels attached may be exchanged or returned for a credit note which can be used on your next purchase with us. Refunds are only possible on faulty goods.
Sale items are non-returnable.

Treasurette is unlike many of the other online stores on the world wide web – we are a boutique located in Melbourne, Australia. Our e-boutique was set up for the convenience of our lovely customers who may not have the time to visit us in store but still want a piece of what we have to offer! As such, please note that all shoes and items available on our online boutique are pieces that may have been tried on by other customers in our physical store space. Some of the delicate soles on certain shoes may bear very minimal wear and tear due to this but rest assured we would never send out an item that is worn out or badly scuffed.
